Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. General

These terms govern use of alibest.pages.dev and the Alibest IL Publisher tool (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

The website features selected AliExpress products using affiliate links. Purchases through these links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Price, availability, shipping and warranty are determined by AliExpress and the seller; the checkout price is final.

The publishing tool lets a TikTok account owner connect their account, post original content they select, view performance metrics and manage comments on their own videos.

3. TikTok connection

• Connection uses TikTok's official login and is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Nothing is posted without your explicit selection and confirmation, including your choice of privacy setting.
• You are responsible for holding all rights to content you post (video, music, images, trademarks) and for disclosing promotional/branded content as required.
• You can disconnect at any time.

4. Prohibited use

Do not use the Service for spam, unlicensed copied content, misleading, abusive or illegal content, or anything that violates TikTok policies.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the availability of TikTok or AliExpress services, changes to their APIs, or indirect damages arising from use. Our liability, if any, is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Changes, law and jurisdiction

We may update these terms or discontinue the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Israel.
