Alibest IL ("אנחנו", "האתר", "השירות") מפעילה את האתר alibest.pages.dev ואת כלי הפרסום שלנו, הכולל אינטגרציה עם TikTok ("Alibest IL Publisher"). מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אנו אוספים, למה, וכיצד ניתן לשלוט בו.

1. מידע שאנו אוספים

  • גלישה באתר: האתר אינו דורש הרשמה. ייתכן שנאסוף נתוני שימוש טכניים מצטברים (סוג דפדפן, עמודים שנצפו, הפניה) לצורך תפעול, אבטחה וסטטיסטיקה.
  • חיבור חשבון TikTok: כאשר בעל חשבון מחבר את חשבון ה-TikTok שלו לשירות דרך TikTok Login Kit, אנו מקבלים מ-TikTok, בהתאם להרשאות שאושרו על ידו בלבד: מזהה פתוח (open_id), שם תצוגה, תמונת פרופיל, ונתוני חשבון בסיסיים; אסימוני גישה (access/refresh tokens); ובמידה שאושר – רשימת הסרטונים הציבוריים ונתוני ביצועים מצטברים (צפיות, לייקים, תגובות, שיתופים, עוקבים), ותגובות על סרטונים של החשבון המחובר.
  • תוכן שאתם מעלים: קבצי וידאו/תמונה, כיתוב, האשטגים והגדרות פרטיות שאתם בוחרים לפני פרסום.

2. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע

  • להציג לכם באיזה חשבון TikTok אתם מחוברים ומה אפשרויות הפרסום שלו.
  • לפרסם ל-TikTok תוכן שבחרתם במפורש, עם הכיתוב והגדרות הפרטיות שבחרתם, רק לאחר אישורכם.
  • להציג לכם את סטטוס הפרסום, נתוני ביצועים ותגובות, ולאפשר לכם להשיב או לנהל תגובות – רק לפי פעולה שאתם יוזמים.

איננו מוכרים מידע אישי, איננו משתמשים בנתוני TikTok לפרסום ממוקד או לבניית פרופילים, ואיננו משתפים אותם עם צדדים שלישיים מלבד ספקי תשתית הנדרשים לתפעול (למשל אחסון ענן – Cloudflare) ו-TikTok עצמה.

3. שמירה ואבטחה

אסימוני הגישה נשמרים מוצפנים בצד השרת ואינם נחשפים בדפדפן. קבצי מדיה נשמרים רק לזמן הדרוש להשלמת הפרסום ונמחקים לאחר מכן (לכל היותר 30 יום). נתוני ביצועים נשמרים כל עוד החשבון מחובר.

4. השליטה שלכם ומחיקה

  • ניתן לנתק את השירות בכל עת דרך הגדרות TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions, או בפנייה אלינו.
  • עם ניתוק או בקשה, נמחק את האסימונים והנתונים הקשורים לחשבון תוך 30 יום.
  • זכויות עיון, תיקון ומחיקה לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, ולפי כל דין חל.

5. קטינים

השירות אינו מיועד למשתמשים מתחת לגיל 18.

Privacy Policy

Alibest IL ("we", "us", the "Service") operates alibest.pages.dev and our publishing tool with a TikTok integration ("Alibest IL Publisher"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you control it.

1. Information we collect

  • Website visits: no registration is required. We may collect aggregated technical usage data (browser type, pages viewed, referrer) for operation, security and statistics.
  • Connecting a TikTok account: when an account owner connects their TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit, we receive from TikTok, only within the permissions they approve: open ID, display name, avatar and basic profile info; access and refresh tokens; and, if approved, the account's public video list, aggregate performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, followers) and comments on the connected account's own videos.
  • Content you provide: video/photo files, captions, hashtags and the privacy settings you choose before posting.

2. How we use information

  • To show which TikTok account you are connected to and its available posting options.
  • To post to TikTok only the content you explicitly select, with the caption and privacy setting you choose, after your confirmation.
  • To show post status, performance metrics and comments, and to let you reply to or moderate comments — only in response to actions you initiate.

We do not sell personal data, do not use TikTok data for ad targeting or profiling, and do not share it with third parties other than infrastructure providers needed to run the Service (e.g., Cloudflare hosting) and TikTok itself.

3. Retention and security

Access tokens are stored encrypted server-side and never exposed to the browser. Media files are kept only as long as needed to complete a post and deleted afterwards (at most 30 days). Performance data is kept while the account remains connected.

4. Your choices and deletion

  • You can disconnect at any time in TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions, or by contacting us.
  • Upon disconnection or request, we delete the tokens and related data within 30 days.
  • You have rights of access, correction and deletion under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and other applicable law.

5. Minors

The Service is not intended for users under 18.
